Biofeedback in sports

The majority of our body's processes is not under our control but has great influence on your performance - phisical or cognitive. To perform at peak level you need to learn to control your reactions to stress and under pressure. The mind and body are connected. Biofeedback method helps to synchronise your mind and body by providing information about the biological processes, then teaching you how to control them - for example muscle tention, heart rate, respiration rate, brain waves. You gradually learn to control and alter phisiological behaviour.

What do you gain with Biofeedback?
  • You feel motivated, focused on your goals,
  • You control and reduce stress and anxiety,
  • You can reduce or induce energy levels,
  • You develop better concentration, perceptivity,
  • Your reflexes are improved - you react much faster,
  • You recover from injury faster.
