Self-hypnosis for depression and alcoholism

Another common problem that you can deal with using hypnosis is depression. As you know, it is hard to cope with this condition because depressive people lack motivation. However, if you manage to encourage them to attend a hypnotic session, this is the first step in changing your attitude to your life and motivating yourself to stay positive.  If you reading it, because you suffer for depression, you can try hypnosis on yourself.  Record the text below (or ask your friend to do it if you don't like your own voice). Listen to it as often as you can. :

Sit down on a chair and relax.  Close your eyes and take a deep breath. With every breath you can feel your body becoming relaxed more and more..

Now become aware of your feet… now relax your calfs...  let  your knees and hips grow more and more comfortable… let the muscles become loose and limp and even more relaxed... Relax your waist... .. chest... arms.. Now you can feel less tension  in your neck and face.. nice warm feeling in your closed eyelids. You aren't able to open our eyes. All your worries drift away.  The heat wave flows through your body.. you can feel it on your face again, then neck.. arms.. chest.... waist.. down through your hips.. and calfs.. and toes.. All your worries flew away..

Now visualise number 100... wipe it off your memory.. now 99.... wipe it off.. 98.... wipe it off.. [ 97.. 96.. .etc.. - down to 1]

Now imagine a big blackboard in front of you.. Come closer and write down letter "Z"... and erase it now... Write down letter "Y."... erase it.. Letter "X"... erase it.. [...etc. untill you reach "A" ]. You are now completely relaxed..

Now imagine yourself at the top of the stairsA few steps away you can see a big doorTouch the railing .. feel the touch of wood under your fingers .. slowly come down to the tenth step .. Now the ninth .. feel the soft carpet under your feet.. Eight ... seven ... six ..  .. . fifth .. fourth ... third ... ..  second.. and  the first .. you're already on a lower floornow approaching the door .. Reach the handle ..  open the door ...  sunlight warms your face... you can feel safe and peaceful now ... walk into a room ... it's your quiet place where you can do what you want .. . Stand in the middle of the room.. design it how you wish.. and now sit somewhere and listen closely to your own inner voice...


I am programing myself so that only positive thoughts come to my mind. My thoughts are cheerful and constructive. I do not let any external factor dictate how I feel.  I am in control of the situation, I decide that I want to feel happy, important and valuable. Every day I feel the surge of happiness from the minor situations that happen to me . Negative thoughts quickly flow away from me, I can feel that they no longer affect me. I appreciate every moment of my life, and all the difficulties I overcome easly. Nothing can break me. "

Now I will slowly  count from 5 to 1 and when you hear "1", you will wake up fresh, happy and with positive energy. 5... 4...3...2...1... Open your eyes and start your day with the smile on your face".
